1. What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address, display name, timezone preference, and alert settings. We do not collect personal information from visitors who do not create an account.

We use cookies only for authentication sessions and your cookie consent preference. We do not use advertising cookies or sell any user data.

2. How we use your data

Your email is used to send launch alerts you have explicitly opted into, magic link authentication emails, and important account notifications. We never send marketing emails or share your email with third parties.

Watchlist and alert preferences are stored to provide your personalized launch tracking experience across sessions.

3. Third-party services

Supabase — Authentication and database hosting (EU region).

Stripe — Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. We never see or store your card details.

Resend — Transactional email delivery for launch alerts.

Vercel — Application hosting and analytics.

Sentry — Error monitoring (enabled only with cookie consent).

Mapbox — Interactive map tiles on the map page.

4. Data from Launch Library 2

Launch data displayed on RocketMapper is sourced from The Space Devs Launch Library 2 (LL2) API and cached via Cloudflare Workers KV. We do not store LL2 data in our own database.

5. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand page performance and usage patterns. These are privacy-focused and do not use cookies. Sentry error tracking is only initialized when you accept cookies.

6. Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. This permanently removes all your data including your email, watchlist, alerts, and profile information.

You can export your watchlist data via iCal at any time.
