Mission Overview
Smart Dragon 3 completed the launch of 10 x CentiSpace-1 from Haiyang Oriental Spaceport on March 22, 2026 at 03:49 PM UTC, deploying the satellites into Low Earth Orbit. The China Rocket Co. Ltd. launch vehicle, a rare vehicle in the industry, carried the 10 x CentiSpace-1 satellites, which are part of a planned 160 satellites constellation for providing GNSS augmentation signals services from Low Earth Orbit.
The 10 x CentiSpace-1 satellites, developed by Beijing-based company Future Navigation, will expand the constellation's capabilities by providing additional GNSS augmentation signals. This will enhance the accuracy and reliability of navigation services for various applications, including aviation, maritime, and land-based navigation systems.
