Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
RocketMapper (rocketmapper.com) is operated by RocketMapper, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@rocketmapper.com
By using rocketmapper.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
RocketMapper provides rocket launch tracking, schedules, maps, and related space news. We are not affiliated with any space agency or launch provider.
Launch data is sourced from third-party APIs (primarily Launch Library 2) and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Do not rely on RocketMapper data for operational, safety, or mission-critical decisions.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older to use RocketMapper. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time — deletion is permanent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the remaining period, except where required by law.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers purchasing a digital subscription have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase, unless paid features have already been accessed, in which case the cooling-off right is waived by proceeding.
Intellectual Property
All original content, design, and code on RocketMapper is owned by RocketMapper. Launch data is sourced from public APIs and remains the property of the respective data providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or scrape RocketMapper content without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You must not: attempt to disrupt or overload our systems; scrape or harvest data at a rate that impairs service for others; use the service for any unlawful purpose; impersonate another person; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
RocketMapper is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that launch data will be accurate or up to date.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of RocketMapper shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
