Vega-C, provided by Avio S.p.A, is set to launch Sentinel-3D from Guiana Space Centre, French Guiana, on December 31, 2028 at 12:00 AM UTC. The Vega-C launch vehicle will carry the Sentinel-3D mission into a Sun-Synchronous Orbit. Avio S.p.A's role as the launch provider involves delivering the satellite to its intended orbit. The Sentinel-3D mission is the fourth satellite in the Sentinel-3 constellation, which provides high-accuracy optical, radar, and altimetry data for marine and land services.
